Born from a Personal Mission
EvoSpine was founded in 2012 by Dr. Aryan Malhotra after witnessing thousands of patients undergo unnecessary spinal surgeries — many of whom saw no improvement. Convinced that the field had stagnated while surgical revenues grew, he assembled India's first multidisciplinary non-surgical spine team.
The first EvoSpine clinic opened in Gurugram with one decompression unit and a waiting list of 60 patients within the first month. Word spread through outcomes — patients told they "must have surgery" walking out pain-free after 15 sessions.
